Contemporary youth communicates with Emojis a lot as these pictographs are used in messagers and social networks. Their use at foreign language lessons may enhances students vocabulary and evokes students' thinking.
Emojis are a good sourece for vocabulary presentation, drilling and prctice as they can be applied to defferent topics such as emotions, movements, sences, sports, weather, professions, daily routine etc.
Teachers may offer students to decode or encode messages. Look at the example. We desinged an Emoji ABC (it is effered below). Looking at each emoji students find it in the ABC as a result they decode word by word and in the end may read the message.
